AGE REQUIREMENT - You must be 18 years or older to commission work from me, regardless of whether it is SFW or NSFW. By agreeing to this TOS, you are affirming that you are 18+.

ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE - If a client or follower is caught using my work, whether they bought it or not, to feed generative AI of any kind, they will be blacklisted from purchasing from me again and blocked.

REFUND POLICY - NO REFUNDS. Please make sure you’re financially stable before commissioning me. I will only refund in extreme situations where I do not feel comfortable keeping the money for any reason, if at all possible.

PRIVACY POLICY - I do not save data from any client, and any private details I may learn through interaction, I will keep between us (unless it’s smth illegal, then idk what to tell you).
I will keep information that is meant to be kept, like ref sheets. I may delete things if I’m short on storage space and/or we haven’t spoken in a while. I do not delete the chats we may have had, to keep my memory fresh for the next time we talk.

PAYMENT FOR COMMISSIONS - You will be invoiced via PayPal. When commissioning me, you must be able to pay the full price within 3 calendar days of being invoiced. I require up-front payment, because I wish to avoid scams.
If the client fails to pay after the 3rd day, they will lose their slot.

WAIT TIME - As a beginner in the commissions space, and given what I’ve learned from other artists, I think a month is a good time for delivery. Some pieces may be done sooner, but if I’m going to be doing multiple comms at once, I need the time to get things done.

REFERENCE IMAGES - I will need some guidance to get your requested piece right. Character sheets are great, but I will also accept sketches of any quality and other comms featuring the character(s) you wish for me to draw, from which I will interpret. Photos the client sends of themselves are also okay, to demonstrate poses or features- however, they will remain private, as per the privacy policy.

CHANGES - If your piece has not been started (you will know if you check my Trello), you may contact me to change the idea, as long as it meets the criteria for the slot you paid for.
Changes during the sketching phase are easily negotiable, but I will have to draw a line eventually. Small changes are free; bigger changes may cost something. Colors can be swapped easily, so I’m not worried about that, but if the pattern(s) must change, it can only be done once.

If I make a mistake somewhere, like forgetting or misinterpreting an idea, I will change it for free with no penalty. However, if you simply failed to communicate something to me, it will count.

COMPLETING & PUBLISHING PIECES - When your piece is completed, it will be uploaded to my social media profiles with either your tag, name, or “anon” label.
All completed pieces will be posted on Patreon early, and I request that you keep them out of public view until I publicly release them. You may privately share them with friends.
If you want your piece to be 100% private, you must let me know in advance, as there will be an extra 15% fee. If your piece is discovered circulating publicly, then I have the right to post it as well for advertising purposes. The privacy fee will not be refunded.

POSTING/USING MY WORK - Only commissioners or recipients may post the art I create for them, with proper credit required. Please tag me, or provide a link to the original image or my account.

You are not allowed to edit my art (fixes, changes, colors, removing signature, etc.). Cropping is allowed for icons/pfps and emotes/digital stickers. If you want something that can be edited later, please inform me so it can be indicated on the piece.

Selling my art is prohibited, but you may use it as a reference image if you are selling the character. If ownership of a character changes, the new owner may post my art made of said character (again, with credit). You may only make irl stickers, prints, badges, etc., for yourself, of the artwork you commissioned/received from me.

Failure to follow these rules may result in being blacklisted.

PROJECTS / COMMERCIAL WORK - If I am hired for game dev or any sort of project, I won’t disclose any content I’m not permitted to. However, if the project doesn’t come out, is cancelled, etc., I should have the right to publicly show what I’ve done. If the project succeeds and releases, I must be credited clearly for my work.
Please let me know in advance if you’re interested in hiring me. I’ll have to set time aside and let my followers & clients know what I’m doing if I accept.
